- Amanda brings visionary leadership. With an MBA and a background as a Chief Administrative Officer and Director in the sports and event industries, she specializes in the operational scaling and business development that turns complex ideas into seamless, impactful experiences.
- Bryan provides the architectural foundation. As a Lead Enterprise Trainer at Product School and a Systems Architect, he builds the frameworks and infrastructure that ensure our ventures—from technical workflows to physical fleet logistics—are built to last.

My career is built on the belief that these three things are inseparable. As the Director of Business Development of Events at The Link Event Professionals, Inc. and the Director of Administrative Operations for ENG Sports, Inc., I live in the high-stakes world of sports and events, specializing in the kind of operational scaling that turns complex systems into seamless experiences. But I’ve always believed that business should be a vehicle for something deeper.
As the Chief Operations Officer and Co-Franchisee of Kona Ice of New Tampa and Kona Ice of Tampa, I’ve turned the "Local" pillar of my life into a masterclass in community service. For me, business isn't just about the bottom line—it’s about connection.
Driven by my faith and a commitment to local impact, I am on a mission to prove that high-level executive leadership and a thriving, adventurous family life don’t just coexist—they fuel one another. As the Operations Lead and Systems Architect for ABVenture Curators, Inc. and a Lead Enterprise Trainer at Product School, I specialize in the technical precision and strategic frameworks that turn ambitious ideas into scalable realities. Whether I’m mentoring the next generation of product leaders or architecting internal workflows, I thrive on solving the puzzles that others find daunting.
But for me, a system is only as good as the people it serves.
As the Director of Infrastructure & Logistics for both Kona Ice of New Tampa and Kona Ice of Tampa, I apply that same architectural mindset to our physical operations. I am the engine under the hood, ensuring our fleet and facilities are as reliable as the community service they provide. For me, business is an opportunity for stewardship—building sustainable ventures that create joy and provide a foundation for those around us.
